Try one-on-one sessions where the trainer monitors your movements, makes sure you do the exercises properly and determines the workout sequence and the number of repetitions so as to eliminate any risk of injuries and achieve maximum results. One-on-one sessions are our premium service and they include: consultations, monthly tests and measurements taking, a customized diet and full commitment to the client’s demands and wishes. Specific goals and the intensity of the workout are determined based on the client’s initial fitness level and their aspirations, with professional assistance of personal trainer Minja Huseinović .

Strength & Conditioning training

Designed for athletes and anyone whose job requires a certain standard of fitness. Fitness training includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises. This diverse program enables you to achieve several things: increase flexibility, strength and endurance and improve your coordination and speed. Workouts are designed according to the needs and abilities of the individual/group.

Online training

If you lead a busy life, travel often and don’t have a gym or a fitness centre in your vicinity, this is the training for you! The workout plan is custom-made to meet your needs and aspirations. After registering and filling out a questionnaire about your weight, sex and fitness goals, you participate in creating a completely personalised dietary and workout regime. Although not present physically, the trainer follows your work and progress using a special software. Success is guaranteed!

Personal trainer

Minja Huseinović enrolled at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Sarajevo in 2007. She earned an MA degree in sports biomechanics in 2013.

In 1998 she fell in love with basketball and started playing professionally in 2003. She spent the next three years playing for Željezničar basketball club and was called up to the national junior basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2005.

Minja has spent the last few years researching contemporary methods and ways of achieving optimal fitness results. This has taken her on a journey around the world, from Milan, Paris and Hamburg, all the way to Singapore, Thailand and Bali. Thanks to her vast experience, she provides her clients with the best, up-to-date training programs that are guaranteed to bring success.
